According to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation "High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Measures" (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 32), "High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Guidelines" (Guo Ke Fa Huo [2016] No. 195), "Shanghai High-tech Enterprise Certification Management Implementation Measures" (Hu Ke He [2021] No. 21), the list of the second batch of high-tech enterprises to be recognized in Shanghai in 2023 that meet the recognition conditions is now publicized.
